The brand-new villa in the heart of Camps Bay features a pool with a counter-current swimming system, a gym, a large sauna, and a wine cellar. Centrally located with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, it boasts 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (5 en suite), and a thoroughly contemporary luxurious interior. The villa is fully self-sufficient, with an independent power and water supply.

A dedicated on-site housekeeper ensures the villa is cleaned daily, with beds made for your convenience. Linen is changed weekly as standard, and additional changes can be arranged for an extra fee. Laundry services are also available upon request.

For any questions or assistance, the housekeeper is available from 8 AM to 5 PM. Should you require support outside these hours, arrangements can be made for an additional rate of 300 Rand per day. Additional services, such as a pre-filled fridge or a private chef, can also be organized to make your stay truly exceptional.

From November onwards, the villa will feature an additional guesthouse and a beautiful, paradise-like garden, accommodating up to 12 guests in total (Design is in the pictures).

He speaks fluent English and is available during standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM for any questions you may have about Cape Town or your accommodation. (For a fee of 300 Rand, Ishmael is also available outside these standard hours.) Ishmael lives in a separate unit on the property, completely isolated from your living area. This ensures your complete privacy – you will not notice his presence unless you need his assistance or have a concern.
